- Wireless Photo Cell Protect 800 Alert Kit supplied with an Indoor Chime Receiver ideal for applications across Warehouse & Gate Entrances (if power is available on one side).
- It works in conjunction with all the Protect-800 Receivers & Transmitters.
The kit is supplied with the following:
- 1 x Protect-800 Wireless Transmitter (mounted inside a weatherproof box).
- 1 x set of Weatherproof Photo Cells.
- 1 x Indoor Receiver.
- 2 x 3 -pin Plug in Transformers.
- The Wireless Transmitter has a working range back to the Receiver of 800 metres (line of sight), which equates to around 400 – 600 metres in most applications.
How it Works !!
- The weatherproof Photo Cells are supplied as a pair which need to be mounted either side of a suitable Entrance in a position where they are looking at each other (maximum distance 12 metres), one Photo Cell is powered by the Plug in Transformer (supplied), whilst the second Photo Cell is powered by a Battery (supplied) for easier Installation.
- Connected to the powered Photo Cell (by 3 metres of cable) is a Battery powered Transmitter (mounted inside a weatherproof box), which will send a Wireless signal to the Indoor Receiver when the Photo Cell Beams are triggered.
- The Receiver inside the property will play the chosen chime at the chosen volume once the wireless signal is received from the Transmitter notifying you to the presence of a Visitor or Intruder.
Additional Detectors can be added to this versatile Alert or Alarm System, these include:
- PIR’s.
- Vehicle Detectors.
- Gate Contacts.
- Push Buttons.
- Transmitters (for use with other sensors).
- Additional Indoor & Outdoor Receivers can also be added (no limit).
