Installation Instructions (Concrete or Brick):
- Using the anchor plate as a template, drill 2 pilot holes using a 6mm diameter drill piece.
- Remove the anchor plate, and re-drill both of the holes out to 10mm diameter to a depth of 55mm.
- Remove the threaded bolts from the two anchor fixings. Place the bolts through the holes in the anchor plate and hand tighten into the anchor fixings.
- Insert the two anchor fixings into the pre-drilled holes.
- Holding the plate firmly against the wall or floor, tighten the bolts using a hexagonal head tool (not supplied).
- Once fitted and fully checked, firmly press the cover onto and over the bracket, this protects the head of the mounting screws
Installation Instructions (Shed/Timber):
- Using the anchor plate as a template, drill 2 pilot holes using a 6mm diameter drill piece through the side wall or floor.
- From the outside the backplate can be recessed into the holes of the wood using a 12mm drill to a depth pf 10mm.
- Remove the threaded bolts from the two anchor fixings. Place the bolts through the holes in the anchor plate and hand tighten into the anchor fixings.
- Insert the two anchor fixings into the pre-drilled holes.
- Holding the plate firmly against the wall or floor, tighten the bolts using a hexagonal head tool (not supplied).
- Once fitted and fully checked, firmly press the cover onto and over the bracket, this protects the head of the mounting screws.
